She understands my requirements as well as my hair so well and delivers the perfect haircut for me! All hair treatments are done with great attention to detail plus a whole lot of warmth!
Absolutely horrendous experience and attitude by the dessange team at Kemps Corner. My partner went for a grooming service and left exactly as she entered for all the services. Sadly, dessange is not what it used to be and only cares about money and sales. When we shared feedback about the bad experience with the lady manager she was unapologetic and not bothered about customer experience or service. It is a sad state of affairs in a run down place which is easily avoidable.
